Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ordo AI ("Ordo", "we", "us") at useordoai.com or app.useordoai.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Ordo is an AI-powered pipeline failure diagnosis tool that connects to your data infrastructure (including Apache Airflow, dbt Cloud, dbt Core, BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift) to automatically identify root causes of pipeline failures and deliver results via Slack.

3. Access and Accounts

• Access to Ordo is currently invite-only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Ordo.
• One workspace per organization unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ordo for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code
• Resell or sublicense access to Ordo without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

5. Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all data you connect to Ordo.
• Ordo accesses your pipeline logs, run history, and schema metadata solely to provide the diagnosis service.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• Workspace data is fully isolated — no data from your workspace is shared with other workspaces.
• You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Credentials and Security

• All integration credentials (API tokens, service account keys) are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Credentials are never stored in plain text.
• Ordo uses read-only access wherever possible.

7. Service Availability

• Ordo is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime or availability.
• We aim for 99% uptime but do not provide formal SLA guarantees during the early access period.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Payments and Billing

• Pricing is displayed on the settings page of your workspace.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

9. Intellectual Property

• Ordo and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by Anshuman Goswami.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
• Your data and your pipeline configurations remain your property.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ordo is a diagnostic tool. It provides hypotheses and suggestions — not guaranteed fixes. We are not liable for:

• Business losses resulting from pipeline failures
• Incorrect or incomplete diagnoses
• Actions taken based on Ordo's suggestions
• Data loss or corruption

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting your workspace from settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Ordo after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
